Syracuse, N.Y. — If you’re heading to work on a day when Syracuse schools are closed for snow, you won’t have to worry about getting a ticket in a school zone.
The city’s school-zone speed cameras are only active when school is in session, according to city spokesperson Sol Muñoz. But red-light cameras run all the time.
