Syracuse drug case ends in 10-year prison sentence

A man’s meth and fentanyl sales in Syracuse last year just earned him a decade behind bars.

Cyril Swan, 30, admitted to dealing both drugs during the summer of 2024. He sold about 100 grams of methamphetamine and 8 grams of fentanyl, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York.

A federal judge sentenced Swan to 120 months in prison. He’ll also serve five years of supervised release once he’s out…
