WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — 22 years after her tragic death, the unsolved murder of Gwendel Greenblatt continues to haunt investigators and her family.
Greenblatt, 35, was found dead in her Royal St. George apartment on Brandywine Road in West Palm Beach on Feb. 5, 2003.
Despite extensive investigations, Greenblatt’s killer remains at large.
According to reporting by the Palm Beach Post, her estranged husband was questioned but never charged, and a burning cigarette found at the scene led investigators to Richard Engel, who was incarcerated for an unrelated crime. Engel denied any involvement in Greenblatt’s murder…
