LUBBOCK, Texas— Jessie Henry, 64, was sentenced to eight years in the TDCJ on Thursday. He received almost a year of jail credit and is required to obtain a lifetime protective order and register as a sex offender.
EverythingLubbock.com previously reported back in July 2024, an underage girl told officers that she was sexually assaulted by a man who offered to give her a ride to the grocery store. The victim told authorities the man, later identified as Henry, took her to different locations before going to the store, and performed sexual acts on her against her will.
