LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An old office building in downtown Little Rock will soon be home to over 100 apartment units.
A company based in South Carolina was recently awarded a $10 million contract and has begun working to transform the old AT&T building on Capitol Avenue into a new apartment complex.
