A 38-year-old gang member with an extensive criminal history was arrested Monday after he allegedly struck an officer with a vehicle while fleeing from authorities, the Balcones Police Department said.
Justin Corey Martinez Bautista faces charges of aggravated assault of a police officer, evading arrest, and a parole violation, court records show.
