PHOENIX — A San Antonio-based real estate investment and development firm has closed on Phoenix land it intends to use for a new apartment complex.
EMBREY closed on financing as well as the land for 12th & Greenway, the name for its upcoming 340-unit project near 12th Street and Greenway Parkway, according to a company announcement.
Company leaders said the first move-ins are planned in the third quarter of 2027.
