DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. — A 19-year-old defendant has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and armed robbery, while a second 25-year-old suspect is preparing to face a jury trial in connection with an alleged fatal shooting and robbery over a jacket in Upper Marlboro. Investigators say surveillance footage places both individuals in the shopping center moments before the reported attack.
