ALBANY, N.Y. — Former governor Andrew Cuomo has filed another lawsuit over the ethics commission’s probe of his book deal, the Albany Times Union reported.
Reports say Cuomo asked a court to block a probe on his $5.1 million book deal by the state Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government.
