BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The inmate accused of assaulting the stepmother of slain 8-year-old Genesis Mata was sentenced Thursday to two years in prison, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Anita Doron, 37, pleaded no contest last month to a felony assault charge.
Thursday’s sentence will run concurrent with another case against Doron for a total term of two years and eight months, prosecutors said…
