NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner released the name of the victim who died in a Tuesday morning crash that shut down eastbound lanes of Dorchester Road.
Carl Broadwell, 65, of Charleston, died at Trident Hospital on the morning of Dec. 9 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision that happened earlier that morning, the coroner states.
