CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — There’s a new push from some Volkswagen employees for the United Auto Workers (UAW) union to accept the automaker’s ‘best and final offer.’
That push comes in the form of a website asking VW workers to decertify the UAW in Chattanooga.
According to the National Labor Relations Board, workers of a union can vote to replace or remove that union as their representative.
However, for that to happen, a certain percentage of the workers must sign a petition asking for a decertification election…
