Argument over scooter accident leads to shots fired in Cincinnati neighborhood, 2 arrested

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – An argument after a scooter hit a car ended in shots fired in a Cincinnati neighborhood.

Gerald Askew was arraigned on felonious assault and gun charges for the Dec. 3 incident on Thursday.
