ROSEVILLE, Mich. – A 15-year-old boy who was charged as an adult in an alleged carjacking has waived his preliminary exam and has been bound over for trial.

Jeremiah Collins is facing several felonies stemming from a reported carjacking that took place in an Applebee’s parking lot that led to a police chase in Roseville.
