EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A couple plans to press charges against a door dasher after they allegedly sprayed an order with pepper spray.
The video of the woman allegedly spraying the order with a substance went viral on social media. Homeowner Mark Cardin says it was after his wife started coughing when he realized the food was possibly tampered with.
