HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A plaintiff that filed a lawsuit against a sitting Evansville City Councilwoman has filed paperwork to create an election committee for a run of her own.
Democrat Angela Bullock has filed for a 4th Ward City Council run. That seat is currently held by Tanisha Carothers.
Bullock is one of two people that filed a lawsuit against Carothers earlier this year, claiming Carothers was ineligible to run for her position because she was not a resident of the ward at least 29 days before the election…
