FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Firefighters in Fresno helped free a cat stuck in the engine compartment of a car on Thursday.
The fire department posted to social media that a motorist from Sanger had stopped in Fresno for help freeing the frightened feline from under the hood of their car.

Firefighters from Station 15 helped free the curious cat and were able to place it safely into a box.

The Fresno Fire Department adds that motorists should keep pets indoors as the weather gets cold and check their vehicle before setting off in case an animal is trying to keep warm inside…
