A man who climbed on top of an occupied bus was taken into custody after a bizarre standoff in downtown Los Angeles early Thursday.
Video from the scene, recorded before police arrived, shows a man with a large speaker standing on top of a Foothill Transit bus and shouting at passersby near Figueroa Street and West Olympic Boulevard around 1:30 a.m.
One person can be heard asking the man why he was on top of the bus.
