Former MSCS Superintendent Marie Feagins’ attorney files motion to withdraw from ouster challenge case

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Former MSCS Superintendent Dr. Marie Feagins’ attorney has filed a motion to no longer represent her in a lawsuit against the MSCS board and Towanna Murphy.

Attorney William Wooten filed the motion on December 3, according to court documents.

Wooten did not specify why he withdrew from the case…
