MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A real estate investment company called Legacy Power Capital plans to build a “neural nexus” mixed-use development on two city blocks in downtown Memphis.
The announcement was made Wednesday by executives with the Greater Memphis Chamber and FedEx, along with the company that is targeting Memphis for the investment.
