PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A federal grand jury recently indicted a Destin man for fraud-related charges and aggravated identity theft.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida, 30-year-old Marcus Bernard Clark appeared in federal court for his arraignment on December 2, 2025, in Pensacola, FL.
