MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A man was arrested in Horry County on child exploitation charges following a national tip.
The Horry County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested 48-year-old Joshua David Swoboda.
Investigators say they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about alleged criminal activity on the app, Kik.
