THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — The New York City Housing Connect has opened a lottery that offers apartments for sale as low as $19,894.
The units are available at the Mitchell-Lama Lind-Ric affordable housing development at 2410 Barker Avenue in the Bronx.

Applicants must be New York State residents, and only one request may be submitted per applicant.
There is a non-refundable $75 application fee. You can apply for the lotteries online. Visit the NYC Housing Connect website and click on sales.
