YORK POQUOSON, Va. (WAVY) — A CSX train has broken down Thursday afternoon and is blocking Airport Road near Richmond Road and Mooretown Road, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
Drivers are advised to avoid Airport Road and seek alternate routes.
