SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—Miss Prissy’s, a former popular Southern cooking restaurant at Salt City Market, is facing delays in opening its new location on 431 South Warren St due to pending electrical upgrades from National Grid.

The restaurant’s next chapter is on hold as they wait for National Grid’s timeline of when they can come to complete the necessary electrical upgrades.
