Checkers & Rally’s has marked a significant milestone in its business growth by expanding into Massachusetts with a Worcester location at 99 Gold Star Blvd. This move signals the brand’s first entry into the state and its broader reach into New England.
The Worcester restaurant is led by Muhammad Saleem and Kelly Moughal, a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of restaurant experience. Their son, Adom Moughal, joins them in the operations. Moughal recently earned an operations award with Checkers & Rally’s for his influence on the organization.
The couple brings more than 30 years of restaurant experience to this new venture, backed by a portfolio that spans Subway, Little Caesars, Bonchon, and Captain D’s. Together, Saleem and Moughal have built their career on operational excellence and a people-first leadership style.
