MIDDLETOWN — A 17-year-old Middletown male was struck by gunfire on Dec. 9, Delaware State Police said.
According to authorities, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Delaware State Police and the Middletown Police Department responded to a business in the 600 block of Middletown Odessa Road, for a report of a teen who had been shot.
