AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Amarillo City Parks and Recreation staff presented a large-scale development plan for utilizing a portion of John Stiff Memorial Park during Tuesday’s city council meeting.
The concept plans to use 30 acres of underutilized park space to bring in restaurants, retail and private investments.
