Majestic Developers is gearing up for a serious glow up in Sugar Land. The firm has snapped up a 2.5-acre site for a new four-story headquarters that will be several times larger than its current office, complete with a gym, full kitchen and a bar for events. The building is expected to span roughly 45,000 to 48,000 square feet, with Majestic targeting an early 2026 groundbreaking on what it calls a $10 million-plus build and a 12 to 18 month construction window. The expansion lines up with a major hiring push the company has planned for next year.
The site and the deal
As reported by The Real Deal, Majestic paid about $2.6 million for the 2.5-acre parcel at 7627 Branford Place. The property sits near a Costco and several medical office buildings just off I-69. Branford Med Properties was the seller, with Re/Max representing Majestic and Partners Real Estate representing the seller, according to the outlet.
Company roots and current office
Majestic’s own website lists its present headquarters at 1650 Hwy 6, Suite 120, in Sugar Land and identifies Santosh Cividi as the company’s president and CEO. The firm describes itself as a vertically integrated developer active in both residential and commercial projects across the Houston metro, and its listed contact information confirms the Sugar Land address.
Plans, timeline and staffing
According to The Real Deal, the future headquarters is set to rise four stories and cover roughly 45,000 to 48,000 square feet, with a design that features a prominent giant “M” and spaces tailored for events. Majestic plans to manage design and construction in-house on a budget topping $10 million, with work slated to start in early 2026 and wrap within 12 to 18 months.
The company currently employs about 50 to 60 people and aims to grow that number to more than 100 employees by the end of 2026. To feed that growth, it has eight projects lined up to break ground next year, according to the same report.
