The Home Improvementstar’s fiancée, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was released from police custody on December 3 on a “pre-trial release,” a spokesperson from Lane County’s Sheriff’s Office in Eugene, Oregon, exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 10.
