A lot of people reached out this week after seeing a video of a dog being harmed in Carson City, and many wanted to know if he was safe.
According to the Nevada Humane Society in an online post, “We know many in our community have been deeply concerned about the recent video showing a dog being harmed in Carson City. We want to reassure everyone that the dog is now safe and in our care at the Nevada Humane Society. He is receiving medical attention and is being closely monitored by our veterinary team.”
The group said the Carson City Sheriff’s Office is handling an active investigation and added, “This is an active investigation being handled by the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, and because of that, we are unable to share additional details at this time.”…
