Loudonville, NY (WRGB) — A former assisted living facility employee has been arrested on felony charges, accused of raping an elderly resident, according to Colonie Police.
Jean Claude Pierre 63-year-old from Corinth, was arrested on November 26, 2025, and charged with rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a vulnerable adult, both felony offenses.
Colonie Police say Pierre was employed at the Loudonville Assisted Living Facility at the time of the reported incident. Authorities confirmed the victim is an elderly resident of the facility. Pierre is the individual referenced in a previously issued “special announcement” related to the case…
