MIDFIELD, Ala. (WBRC) – A woman in Midfield is accused of shoving her mother and fracturing her hip, and in a separate incident, pepper-spraying her in the face, according to court records.
Quiana Siobhan Bell is charged with elder abuse and neglect, and assault 2nd degree.
According to a criminal complaint, Bell shoved her mother to the ground in August 2024 and the impact from that fall fractured her hip. She “required surgery as a result of her injury.”
