Volunteers build wheelchair ramps for homes in two-day blitz

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — More than a dozen local families have a safer mode of entering their homes, thanks to volunteers.

“Operation Home” held its annual two-day blitz to build wheelchair ramps for homes in the tri-county.
