Bullet misses suspect in deputy-involved shooting in Lakeside

LAKESIDE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Details have been released surrounding a deputy-involved shooting that occurred in Lakeside on Wednesday.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the Lakeside Fire Department responded to calls around 10:28 a.m. of a 30-year-old man reportedly experiencing an overdose at a residence near Briette Place. The fire department requested that San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies also respond to the incident, according to SDPD.
