CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Snow will continue to lead to travel impacts through the night.

Snow tapers off from northwest to southeast and is out of eastern Iowa by midnight. Lows tonight fall into the teens as skies remain mostly cloudy. A few slick spots could linger through the night and into the Friday morning commute, particularly along and south of a line from Cedar Rapids to Waterloo. Drive with caution as you head to work and school in the morning.

Friday is expected to be mostly cloudy and cold with highs in the low to mid 20s. Lows Friday night fall into the single digits below zero ahead of our next round of snow…
