BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – After a groundbreaking in the fall of 2024, a new mixed-use development known as Brandon Heights has an updated timeline for completion.
“Long and short of it is: it’s about a $50 million project to begin with. A four-story hotel, some loft apartments in a mixed-use building. Mixed-use means offices up top and restaurant down below. The hotel itself will have a restaurant in it,” said Brandon Mayor Butch Lee.
