From the South Plains Mall, the Memphis Mall and over 20 years in the iconic granary off the Marsha Sharp Freeway, Otto’s has been at a few different spots here in the Hub City over the last four decades. Now, the newest place for the store to call home is in Rockridge Plaza off 82nd St. and Slide Rd.
