ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Meta is rolling out a new centralized support hub to help Facebook and Instagram users recover hacked or locked accounts.
Meta spokesperson Daniel Roberts says the company understands how stressful it is for people when they suddenly lose access to photos, messages and connections.
“We know people’s social media accounts hold invaluable memories and connections, and we understand that getting help if you’re hacked or lose access should be simple,” said Roberts. “That’s why Meta recently announced new ways to get account assistance on both Facebook and Instagram, which pretty much means that it’s a lot easier for them to get 24/7 help.”…
