WILLARD, Mo. (KY3) – Prosecutors filed a murder charge against a caretaker accused of a Willard man’s death.
Jackie Baker faces a second-degree murder, a theft, and a fraud charge in the death of a man on December 8. Investigators have not released the victim’s identity but said the victim was 74 years old and weighed 105 pounds.
