WEST JORDAN, Utah (KUTV) — A Missing Endangered Advisory was issued after a mother reportedly kidnapped her four children out of West Jordan and took them internationally.
Sgt. Andrew Hercules with the West Jordan Police Department said they were called out to perform a welfare check on Elleshia Anne Seymour, age 35, on Dec. 2.
