Mario Gamez, 41, of Marietta, is accused of cutting a man’s head with a utility knife on Nov. 28 at 4:44 a.m. at a townhouse at 1217 Scripps Court SW in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Gamez is also accused of striking a woman in the face with an open hand using a chopping motion and pulling her hair during a domestic dispute, according to the warrant.
Gamez is charged with simple battery harm; and aggravated battery disfigure. He was arrested on Nov. 28 at 4:44 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
