MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – HOPE for All Gulf Coast is partnering with the City of Mobile’s Department of Public Safety, which consist of the Homeless Outreach Team, Mobile Police Department and the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department, to provide holiday meal boxes to the 132 families currently enrolled in HOPE’s housing programs.
Through this collaborative effort, the Holiday Food Box Drive is designed to remind the families we serve that they are supported and cared for, even through the holidays. The initiative aims to bring both comfort and relief to those transitioning into stable housing, ensuring they can enjoy a holiday meal without added financial strain.
Starting on Monday, December 1 through Thursday, December 18, the community is encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to help fill the boxes. Donations can be dropped off at any Mobile Police Department Precinct, Mobile Police Department Headquarters, or at any Mobile Fire-Rescue location…
