Montgomery police have charged a man in a fatal pedestrian hit and run.
Police say at about 2:20AM on Friday, November 21, the were called to the 1200 block of East South Boulevard, which is near Baptist Medical Center South.
That’s where they found 18-eyar-old Shelby McGhee, Jr., of Montgomery, who had been struck by a vehicle and suffered life-threatening injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he died…
