BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A convicted killer was handed down another life sentence after a jury found him guilty in the murder of a former BREC commissioner.
Ryan Sharpe, 44, of Clinton, was arrested in connection with the 2017 shootings that left three dead and one injured in East Feliciana and East Baton Rouge parishes. One of the victims was former BREC Commissioner Carroll Breeden.
