A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of a food-truck owner who was closing up for the night Dec. 4.
The fatal shooting took place in the 100 block of Dyna Drive in the Aldine area of Houston just off Interstate 45. The victim has since been identified as 36-year-old Yaddua Barraza Hernandez.
