LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man involved in a south Lincoln drive-by shooting in April was sentenced to at least 20 years in jail on Friday.
According to court records, 32-year-old Zachary Skeahan of Alvo was found guilty of second-degree assault and the unlawful/intentional discharge of a firearm. Officials dropped or amended one count of discharge of a firearm near a vehicle or building and one count of the use of a firearm to commit of a felony, court records show.
Skeahan has been sentenced to 20 to 45 years behind bars. He has 233 days credit for time served.
