OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) — St. Landry Jury found Sa’ Davian Matthew George, seventeen at the time of the crime, guilty of first-degree murder late Thursday evening, according to the St. Landry Parish District Attorney’s Office.
George was convicted for the 2023 drive-by shooting that claimed the life of Roderick Aaron Jr. 23, of Opelousas, officials said.
On the corner of S. Union and Franklin Street in Opelousas around 2:30 p.m. of March 27, 2023 gun shots rang out and there was the victim found lying in the middle of the street.
