LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A 92-year-old man from Little Rock was recently honored for logging more than 20,000 volunteer hours within the last two decades.

Bob Gee was named the Clinton Presidential Center’s 2025 Volunteer of the Year for his service at the Clinton School since it opened in 2005. Former President Bill Clinton awarded Gee an award during the Clinton Center’s Holiday Party.

“It was fabulous, and it caught me by surprise,” Gee said. “The biggest cheering squad was Clinton School students.”

Gee served the majority of his hours as a personal tour guide for the school’s lecturers, visitors, alumni, and students. He said he has given nearly 1,800 tours through the presidential library.
