Deputies from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old man on several felony charges after he allegedly attacked a person he knew and refused to cooperate with law enforcement.
Just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise after a patient asked to speak with law enforcement, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. There, deputies learned that Christian Wood had physically attacked the patient at a Boise home, fired a gun inside the home and then pointed the gun at the victim, according to the release.
Deputies responded to a home on West Fox Ridge Drive, where Wood was located, and attempted to remove him from the house, the sheriff’s office said.
